Job summary

NRP Group seeks a Community Manager for an affordable property in Columbus, OH. You will oversee daily operations, manage finances, and lead a on-site team to deliver excellent resident service.

In this role, prior property management experience, familiarity with LIHTC and Fair Housing, and strong computer skills (Yardi, MS Office) are essential. CPM, TCS, or HCCP are a plus. The position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program and other laws as they relate to property guidelines.
• CPM preferred; TCS or HCCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure excellent customer service for residents.
• Coordinate all aspects of apartment community operations and marketing to maximize occupancy and cash flow.
• Monitor budget adherence and financial performance, including NOI and variance reporting.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure property safety, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Leasing team on showings, applications, and move-ins.
• Support team development through training, coaching, and weekly meetings.
