Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Foundry at Triangle Park, a 312-unit tax credit community in Durham, NC. You will oversee daily property operations, maximize occupancy, collect rents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with housing programs.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree (AA/AS) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages property operations and maintains occupancy, collections, and resident relations.
• Supervises staff; conducts orientation, training, performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
• Enforces budgets, purchasing procedures, and compliance with housing programs.
• Handles move-ins/outs, lease processing, and resident communication to ensure satisfaction.
