Job summary

Inframark, LLC's Community Management Services team seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day association operations, ensuring smooth, properly functioning neighborhoods. You will work with boards to align on strategic direction and manage budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities include property inspections, enforcing policies, attending meetings, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners and vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 1-2 years of community management experience.
• AA with 2-3 years of community management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CMCA/AMS preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Board and managers to align on strategic direction.
• Develop and monitor property budgets; review finances.
• Audit vendor contracts and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Perform monthly property inspections and enforce policies.
• Attend board and annual meetings; prepare notices, agenda, minutes.
• Respond to inquiries from boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Support training with Community Manager Lead and Senior Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
