Responsibilities

• Inspect properties regularly to ensure standards and safety regulations are met, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage resident retention, respond promptly to service requests, and monitor satisfaction.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance requests, and verify unit statuses.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue collection.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel for training and business needs.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or management.
• Background in Accounting/Finance, CAM/Licensed Property Manager.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

9 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday, with possible weekends to meet business needs.
