The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities across the region. You will oversee operations, financial performance, compliance, and resident services, ensuring budgeted outcomes and high occupancy.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop Community Managers and Maintenance Managers, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience as Regional Property Manager or Director-level role.
• Strong computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional property portfolio across multiple communities.
• Oversee financial, operational, compliance, and resident-service performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Community Managers and Maintenance Managers.
• Coordinate budgets, asset plans, and vendor relationships.
