Job summary

Avanti Residential in Colorado Springs is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily property management, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and lead on-site teams to deliver maintenance excellence and asset preservation. You will work with the Regional Director and Service Manager, coordinate with vendors, and develop strategies to maximize KPIs while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or Assistant Community Manager experience.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and YARDI software, preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
• Wonderlic pre-employment assessment will be required if minimum qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
• Coordinate with DOIS & Business Managers to complete financial responsibilities.
• Maintain occupancy and budget goals and respond to monthly variances.
• Drive property performance using Apartment Snapshot to evaluate KPIs and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to manage vendors, vendors, and certificates of insurance.
