Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in luxury/conventional communities.
• Strong leadership skills overseeing daily operations of a multi-family community.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection for apartment communities.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and MRI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family community.
• Lead and supervise on-site apartment staff and leasing activities.
• Manage marketing, tours, applications and lease processing.
• Maintain budgets and monthly financial reports; monitor expenditures.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior property inspections for compliance.
• Administer resident programs to enhance community satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations and ensure timely, within-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
• Handle resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of move-ins, renewals, and rent collections.
