Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Anson Crossing, a 312-unit community in Maxwell, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, focus on occupancy, collections, and resident retention, and supervise on-site staff and contractors.

The role requires strong communication and adherence to housing program rules. The community emphasizes a strong owner-operator mindset, with budget oversight and adherence to policies to maintain a high standard of living for residents and robust operating

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (or equivalent) required.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; second language a plus.
• Reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property or properties.
• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention, and compliance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Human Resources on performance and staffing.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to company policies.
• Handle rent collection, move-ins/outs, and lease signings; address resident concerns.
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure quality workmanship per contracts.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and regulatory requirements.
