Job summary

Dominium is a nationwide affordable housing developer and manager seeking a Community Manager for The Royse at Parker Blvd, a 220-unit apartment community in Royse City, TX. You will oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, manage staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coordinate rent collection, move-ins/outs, and maintenance while maintaining resident relations and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to maximize occupancy and curb appeal.
• Lead staff meetings on occupancy goals, renewals, and budget projections; conduct performance reviews.
• Hire/terminate employees per policy with HR guidance; maintain employee records.
• Manage rent collections, move-ins/outs, and move-out inspections; process evictions as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; ensure work is on budget and meets quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies; maintain property records and safety meetings.
