Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Capital Crossing, a 240-unit community in Austin, TX. You will support the Community Manager in daily property operations and resident services to maintain occupancy and budget goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team collaboration, and on-call availability. Prior property management experience (Section 8/42 or market rate) is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and growth within a mission-driven housing company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
