Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Bothell properties, ensuring leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and financial performance align with company objectives.

You will supervise 3–10+ staff, oversee marketing and leasing programs, coordinate events, enforce Fair Housing and safety standards, and partner with HR and accounting to optimise budgets and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including sales/multi-family leasing and supervisory responsibility.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve resident satisfaction.
• Experience using property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain employees with HR support.
• Oversee marketing programs and leasing activity to achieve occupancy goals.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals and leasing programs.
• Ensure resident events and community programming are successful.
• Oversee maintenance activity including turns and capital projects.
• Implement new systems and procedures as directed by the company.
