Columbia Residential Properties, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Mechanicsville Crossing in Atlanta, GA with multifamily and affordable housing experience. You will support the Regional Manager in maintaining the asset, maximize financial returns, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, budgeting, overseeing operations, vendor relations, resident relations, and handling emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service, strategic planning and leadership.
• Two+ years of related property management experience.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, LURA, and LURC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and empower staff and build a cohesive team.
• Adhere to safety program policies and procedures.
• Attend to residents, vendors, and associates with professional service.
• Inspect vacated units for repairs and re-inspection before next move-in.
• Assist in annual budget preparation to maximize income and control expenditures.
• Oversee daily operations including marketing, inspections, and capital improvements.
• Prepare reports and manage documentation and budgets.
• Manage cash handling and accounts receivable/payable.
• Oversee compliance audits for affordable housing programs.
