You will manage leasing, marketing, financial operations, and budgets while maintaining compliance with HDC, HUD, LIHTC programs.

Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential, with experience in RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC).
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite and JD Edwards (or similar property management software).
• Proven leadership with direct supervisory experience.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with passion for creating great living experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.
• Accountability and reliability, prioritizing precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise office and maintenance staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and admin functions.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Foster resident relations and resolve tenant conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HUD, LIHTC, etc.).
• Supervise property maintenance and budget.
• Prepare reports to track performance and identify improvements.
• Handle special projects to enhance the community.
