Qualifications

• 2 years of Affordable/LIHTC experience.
• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property team in daily operations and budgeting.
• Ensure RD/HUD/LIHTC compliance and reporting.
• Manage move-ins, recertifications, and file audits.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Provide responsive resident support and safety compliance.
