CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Stratmill Brook Apartments in Binghamton, NY. You will create a welcoming environment for residents while overseeing day-to-day property operations.

The role requires knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs, strong leasing and bookkeeping skills, and excellent communication. We offer a competitive benefits package and annual reviews with bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in affordable housing (HUD/LIHTC/RD knowledge required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leasing, bookkeeping and administrative skills.

• Create a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring smooth property operations.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA and applicable laws.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software.
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals and collections.
• Coordinate lease renewals and annual recertifications.
• Promote the property and community among residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, your primary goal is to create a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring smooth property operations.

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws


• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software


• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections


• Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications


• Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents
