Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Manager for Monteagle Ridge Apartments in Niagara Falls, NY. The role focuses on creating welcoming resident environments while ensuring smooth property operations.

You will manage move-ins/outs, leases, renewals, and compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations; coordinate recertifications; and promote the property to build a strong community.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing programs (HUD/LIHTC/RD) and property operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational talents.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections
• Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications
• Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents
