CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Stratmill Brook Apartments in Binghamton, NY. You will oversee resident services and daily property operations to maintain a welcoming community.

The role requires 1–3 years in affordable housing, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, and strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Affordable Housing experience (HUD/LIHTC/RD required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software.
• Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections.
• Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications.
• Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents.
