Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. seeks a personable Community Manager for Trolley Circle in Belleville, IL. You will supervise daily operations, enhance resident satisfaction, oversee leasing, and maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance community image and resident retention.
• Lease apartments, take inquiries, show units, verify income/credit, process deposits and renewals.
• Oversee rent collection, track delinquency, issue notices, and attend court proceedings as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and confidentiality of resident information.
• Develop resident relations programs and assist with budget control logs.
• Coordinate inspections, capital improvements, and communicate with Regional Manager.
