This is a high-ownership, relationship-first role — you’re not just moderating a community, you’re building connections, driving engagement, and ensuring members stay active and satisfied.

Introduce members based on:
Act as the connector of the community
Build trust and encourage collaboration
Conduct regular member check-ins (every 3–6 months)
Identify:
Proactively solve issues before they escalated
Plan and manage:
Handle logistics end-to-end
Deliver a premium, high-quality experience
Track:
Report insights to improve engagement and retention
Run surveys using:
Analyze feedback and identify trends
Turn insights into actionable improvements
Strong spoken English (clear, neutral, US-friendly)
Excellent written communication skills
Experience in:
Experience coordinating events or member experiences
Comfortable working U.S. hours
Reliable remote work setup
Experience managing communities on:
Familiarity with:
