Job Description

We are looking for someone to help nurture, grow, manage and be as passionate about our members as we are! This key role requires someone who loves to do a little bit of everything – marketing, customer success, event management, community building – and knows that consistency is key for great member experiences.

You will have the chance to work hand in hand with our members and our external partners and experts managing events, sharing information, gathering feedback, updating social and online content, answering questions, etc. No sales or quota of any type is required in this role.

You can help design the job around what you are most passionate about and what your skills and strengths are! The seniority and role will vary based on who we find as the right addition to our team.

This could be a part‑time or full‑time role for the right person.
