Responsibilities

• Развивать присутствие бренда в Reddit и открытых сообществах: форумы, Q&A, профессиональные сообщества.
• Вести публичные страницы с рейтингами и отзывами, отвечать на запросы и поддерживать точный образ бренда.
• Выбирать платформы для рынков и тем, согласовывать формат участия с модераторами, строить долгосрочные отношения.
• Создавать и поддерживать обсуждения, полезные аудитории и присутствие бренда.
• Адаптировать сообщения и формат участия под разные страны и сегменты.
• Заводить пользователей в создание контента и поддерживать активность сообщества.
• Обеспечивать, чтобы значимые обсуждения и материалы были общедоступны и индексировались поисковыми системами.
• Работать с SEO и контент-командой: передавать темы и инсайты от сообществ и учитывать влияние на видимость в поиске и в ответах ИИ.
• Вести журнал активности, готовить регулярные отчеты.

We are looking for a Community Manager who has personally developed public communities and the brand's presence in international markets at a large international company. The key goal is to develop the community as a source of trust in the brand and of organic user acquisition. We need a presence in public discussions and content that is available to search engines and can be used as a source in the answers of AI services. We need a person who chooses suitable open platforms, builds relationships with participants and moderators, creates useful discussions, and involves users in creating content.

Задачи

• Develop the brand's presence on Reddit and in other open communities: topic forums, question-and-answer platforms, and professional communities
• Run public review platforms where users rate the product: follow ratings and recurring themes, reply where a response is warranted, and keep the public picture of the brand accurate
• Choose platforms for markets and topics, agree on the format of participation with moderators, and build lasting relationships with participants
• Create and maintain discussions that are useful to the audience and in which the brand is present appropriately
• Adapt messages and the format of participation to different countries and segments
• Involve users in creating content and maintain the quality and activity of the community
• Ensure that significant discussions and materials are public and available for search
• Work together with the SEO and content teams: pass on topics and insights from communities and take into account how public discussions affect visibility in search and in AI answers
• Record relevant brand mentions, visits, and conversions from communities
• Separately track changes in visibility in search and in AI answers, using a method agreed in advance
• Keep an activity log and prepare regular reports

• Experience working at a foreign company and independently running an international product or project
• Understanding of regional markets and the ability to adapt messages to different regions
• Practical experience with Reddit and other open platforms: forums, Q&A, and professional communities
• Understanding of how to choose platforms, build relationships with participants and moderators, and involve users in content
• Understanding of SEO and of the principles of visibility in AI search
• Experience working together with SEO and content teams
• Ability to show results: the quality and activity of the community, relevant mentions, visits, and conversions
• Languages: English (C1)
