The Alexander Apartments in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our 360-unit community. The role focuses on occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and financial performance, with ongoing capital improvements and a strong emphasis on Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• South Carolina Property Manager License required or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience managing property financials, budgets, and occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident retention, and Fair Housing practices.
• Renovation, repositioning, value-add, or lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead through change and drive operational improvements.
