Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at The Alexander Apartments in Rock Hill, SC. The 360-unit community demands a hands-on leader to drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• SC Property Manager License required or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience managing property financials, budgets, and occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident retention, and Fair Housing practices.
• Renovation, repositioning, value-add, or lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead through change and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of a 360-unit multifamily community.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team members.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance.
• Manage resident relations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Partner with maintenance leadership to maintain community standards and curb appeal.
• Develop and manage operating budgets while maximizing property performance.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve NOI.
