Job summary

Associa is currently looking for a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. You will work closely with client boards, vendors, and other Associa departments to ensure exceptional service and well-managed communities.

This full-time role requires coordinating across multiple associations, preparing annual disclosures and financial statements, and reviewing monthly reports. Strong customer service, organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with good grammar and structure.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and conduct walk-throughs.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and annual financial statements for homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees for major expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proficient in standard business correspondence.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate effectively with others in person and in group settings.

As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

How will you make an impact?

The Community Association Manager (CAM) helps the company grow by:

• Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement.
• Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.
• Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community's appearance and operation.
• Other duties as assigned
