Willow Apartments in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead onsite operations, tenant relations, and performance initiatives. You will oversee leasing, renewals, and collections while driving occupancy and service quality.

You will mentor the onsite team and partner with leadership on renovations, marketing, and retention programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies for NOI growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
