Brookside Properties is seeking a Community Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to lead our growing multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coach the on-site team, drive occupancy and leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while managing budgets and financial performance.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to growth within a expanding company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention.
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance.
• Monitor and improve financial and operational results.
• Maintain strong curb appeal and community standards.
• Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
