Job summary

Brookside Properties invites an experienced Community Manager to oversee The Easton in Millington, TN. You will lead daily multifamily operations, oversee leasing, collections, and resident relations, and drive occupancy while keeping delinquency low.

You’ll manage budgets, vendor relationships, and supervise office and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multifamily property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence.
