Job summary

Brookside Properties in Sellersburg, IN is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations across three apartment communities totaling 312 homes. This role offers growth opportunities and a path to a Community Manager position.

You will assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing while maintaining strong service. You will help achieve occupancy, revenue, and collections goals and support inspections, reporting, and the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Entrata or similar property management software experience preferred.
