• 1+ years of property management experience in multifamily residential industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication.
• CAM or CAPS designation is a helpful credential.
• Experience with property owners and Yardi software is preferred.
