Towne Properties is hiring a Leasing Professional for Fountain Parc in Indianapolis, IN. You will engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and manage follow-ups to drive lease signings.

The role requires at least 1 year in multifamily leasing or related sales, strong communication, and comfort with MS Office and Yardi. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for site visits and tours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property showings, tours and lease negotiations.
• Manage the application process, renewals, and verifications.
• Support marketing efforts, newsletters, and resident events.
• Maintain model apartments and market-ready vacancies; ensure property readiness.
• Handle inquiries and follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
