Towne Properties seeks a Community Manager for Ridge View Apartments in Findlay, OH. You will oversee daily operations, lease activities, and resident relations to deliver a high-quality living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in multifamily property management, LIHTC experience, and strong budgeting and communication skills. The role requires collaboration with maintenance and admin teams and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
• CAM or CAPS designation.
• Yardi experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations.
• Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
• Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards.
• Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success.
