Job summary

Brookside Properties in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager at Kirkwood Place to support daily property operations, assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Entrata preferred), and a bilingual option is strongly preferred.
