Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Kirkwood Place in Greensboro, NC. Join a hands-on team focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving occupancy goals.

You will support daily property operations, assist with leasing and renewals, and help manage resident communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Help achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Manage delinquency, collections, and resident communications.
• Support the Community Manager with team leadership and operations.
