Job summary

Collective is seeking a Community Manager in Fargo, ND to lead leasing and property operations, ensuring strong occupancy and exceptional resident experiences. You will mentor the onsite team, manage vendor relationships, and drive revenue while embodying Collective's EPIC values.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management, proficiency with AppFolio and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license for site tours and travel between communities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of property management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with industry software (AppFolio preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for property tours and travel between sites).
  • Offer is contingent on a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Build Collective brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive and professional.
  • Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals that achieve and sustain occupancy standards.
  • Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and active delinquency management.
  • Contribute to revenue, expense reporting, and budget management for the community.
  • Conduct personalized tours and drive leasing activity that results in new leases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
  • Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing laws and company compliance standards.
  • Monitor multifamily housing market trends and data to inform leasing and pricing decisions.
  • Ensure the property's interior and exterior maintain a clean, high-quality appearance.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members, leading by example through Collective's core values.
