Job summary

Collective, a growing property management company, is seeking a Community Cleaner in North Dakota. You will maintain clean communal areas, assist with turnovers, and support the maintenance needs of our communities. Join a team that values enthusiasm, perseverance, integrity, and collaboration.

Ideal candidates have cleaning experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MSDS familiarity, and a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license is preferred for this on-site role.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a cleaner preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Integrity and reliable work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Clean all apartment homes for turnover.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Work with the other community team members.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Support grounds cleanup and basic landscaping tasks.

Skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Clean all apartment homes for turnover
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Work with the other community team members
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Pick up grounds and lay sand/salt on walkways
  • Responsible for minor landscaping such as watering, pulling weeds, and trimming
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Proven working experience as a cleaner preferred

  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
