Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager in Erlanger, KY to lead all aspects of a vibrant apartment community. You will drive leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team performance to deliver exceptional service.

You will hire and develop onsite staff, manage budgets, and report metrics while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and strong resident satisfaction. This role offers leadership opportunities within a respected Southeast property manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
  • At least 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting for a property.
  • Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary.
