Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead an apartment community in Erlanger, KY. You’ll drive leasing, operations, resident relations, and team performance, while shaping a positive culture and delivering exceptional service.

This role requires 2+ years in property management, leadership ability, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws, with proficiency in Yardi/RealPage/MRI and MS Office. You’ll report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with corporate support to maximize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
