Content, Enablement, Communications & Project Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Management Program Manager to drive community engagement, enablement, communications, and project execution across strategic Microsoft initiatives. This role will lead community programs, develop field-facing content, and coordinate stakeholders to support business goals and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management & Engagement

  • Lead community engagement programs for partner and customer audiences.
  • Support community growth and adoption through targeted initiatives.

Content Development & Enablement

  • Create field-ready content, playbooks, toolkits, and training materials.
  • Support readiness and enablement programs aligned to business priorities.

Communications

  • Develop and deliver impactful field and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare executive updates, presentations, and program reporting.

Program & Project Management

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Track progress, report outcomes, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Microsoft experience required.
  • Proven experience in community management and project management.
  • Experience developing content, communications, and enablement assets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and internal AI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft's partner ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and community best practices.
  • Experience supporting GTM, readiness, or field enablement initiatives.
  • Industry or market knowledge is a plus.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary rate for this position in Washington State is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.
