Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks a dependable Groundskeeper for Riverside Park in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the community clean, attractive, and welcoming, with outdoor work and physical activities.

You don't need apartment experience; experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar duties is a plus. You’ll join a team that values pride in workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar hands-on roles.
• Willingness to learn and pride in outdoor spaces.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically active work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community.
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean.
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained.

Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

New to property management? That's okay.

You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands‑on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.

What You’ll Do
