Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance program and preserve asset value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep and provide customer service as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, responding to service requests, and maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies; perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance; inspect the community daily.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
