Job summary

Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Avilla Bella Camino community in a hands-on, service-oriented role. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and support the property's upkeep to ensure a welcoming living environment for residents.

Key duties include diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting. You will also prepare vacants, inspect common areas, and participate in on-call rotations while delivering

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and support overall appearance and functionality of the property.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents through make-ready and turn processes.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance rotations and communicate effectively with residents and vendors.
