CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our community facilities clean and safe. You will perform a range of maintenance duties, from basic repairs to more complex tasks across buildings and common areas.

We value self-motivation, attention to detail, and clear communication with managers and residents. A valid driver’s license and passing a background check, physical, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and schedules; dependable and professional.
• Must pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to communicate with managers, residents, and peers verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Lighting checks; replace bulbs and ballasts; clean lenses.
• Repair doors and locks; caulking, prep work, and painting.
• Carry out minor carpentry repairs and plumbing maintenance.
• Maintain gates, storage closets, doors, and locks.
• Clean areas around the pool, dumpster, and common areas.
