Related Affordable is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our buildings safe, functional, and inviting for residents in Cincinnati. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, maintaining high standards of quality and safety while supporting a dedicated team.

You’ll engage in preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist in on-call duties. Affordable housing experience and teamwork are valued as you grow with the organization through

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests and interact with residents to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, address safety issues with management.
• Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and grounds; assist in emergency repairs as directed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
• Participate in routine preventative maintenance with supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
