Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance experience preferred (apartment/manufactured housing).
• 6 months snow removal experience (if applicable).
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance in community areas, including trash cleanup and repairs.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation, lawn care, and grounds.
• Operate snow removal equipment where applicable.
• Keep community facilities clean and presentable; assist supervisors with contractors.
• Report maintenance issues to manager and complete occupancy condition checklists.
