Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a range of maintenance skills. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring community upkeep.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• High School Diploma preferred; certification from an accredited trade school strongly desired.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of technical skills related to apartment maintenance.
• Must have dependable transportation for a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
