Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks: meal planning, budgeting, and household chores.
• Monitor health and safety, support medication routines as applicable.
• Document activities and behaviors in the electronic records system daily.
• Assist with transportation and community activities as needed.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
