luinc in Missouri is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered daily living support, including personal care, community integration, and safety.

You will follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavioral support plans (BSP), document care, assist with medications, and maintain confidentiality. The role requires effective English communication, reliable transportation, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must have reliable transportation for transporting clients.
• Must obtain a Class E driver’s license during new hire orientation and carry required auto insurance.
• Seasonal flu vaccination required.

Mansioni

• Provide high quality, person-centered services aligned with ISP/BSP and best practice standards.
• Follow ISP/BSP, document care, and complete required electronic documentation.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, community integration, and safety.
• Administer and document medications per guidelines from Level 1 Medication Administration training.
• Attend medical appointments as needed and provide follow-up with supervisor.
