Job summary

Behavioral Health in Missouri seeks a Direct Support Professional to implement ISP/BSP plans within Community Living homes. You will supervise, engage individuals, and ensure safety while following clinical programming with fidelity.

You will document care, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with clinicians to support behavior management and skill development. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring reliability and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in direct support, residential services, or behavioral health preferred but not required
• Willingness to work with individuals with complex behavioral, developmental, or medical needs

Responsibilities

• Implement ISP and BSP interventions exactly as written
• Provide continuous supervision based on individual needs
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and complete required documentation
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as required
• Administer medications as trained and in accordance with policy
