This role requires 18+, English fluency, reliable transportation, a Class E license during orientation, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old; provide proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must not have disqualifying felony record or substantiated abuse/neglect in MO.
• Must have reliable transportation for transporting clients.
• Must obtain a Class E driver's license during new-hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality, person-centered services and meets best practice standards.
• Follows Individual Support Plans and behavioral support plans; provides supervision and support as indicated.
• Offers individualized activities and supports informed choices, self-esteem, and community participation.
• Ensures documentation complies with laws, rules, and regulations; completes all required forms and event reports.
• Maintains client records confidentiality; follows agency financial and safety policies.
