Job summary

Wellvance is hiring a Community Living Support Professional to empower individuals in their communities. You will help clients build skills and independence, guided by Person-Centered Plans, and support daily living activities. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule is required.

The role offers full-time, non-exempt hours with a strong benefits package including PTO, holidays, health and retirement options. Prior experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules within service area.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with vehicle insurance.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders valued.
• Training provided – No Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan.
• Teach daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Assist with community inclusion and social activities.
• Advocate for individuals and promote recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency guidelines.
